Change in Water Bill Format Due to Mailing Vendor Closure

Pender County Utilities would like to inform our valued customers of an important change to the appearance of your monthly utility bill. Due to the unexpected and unannounced closure of our third-party mailing vendor, Professional Mail Services, Inc., on May 9, 2025, we are currently transitioning to a new solution for bill delivery.

As we work through the required procurement process to secure a new mailing provider, Pender County Utilities has implemented an internal, temporary billing solution. Customers will now receive a default utility bill generated directly from our billing software. While this bill may look different than the ones previously issued by Professional Mail Services, it remains a valid and accurate summary of your utility charges.
